Not another Nutritionist...

Before I was a mom, OR a nutritionist, I was a typical young girl, self-conscious at times about my body. Food preoccupied a lot of my thoughts, and the constant feeling of wanting to be "better" and in control drove me to unhealthy eating patterns (strict, strict, strict, strict, BINGE!).

Fast-forward to a new chapter in my life where I somehow managed to eat like a normal person again, I got my bachelors degree in Nutrition in Israel and also took a life-altering Coaching course.

Ever since, I've been obsessed with helping people get off the crazy-out-of-whack-dieting bandwagon and join the other side where happiness lives.

Today I'm proud to be helping busy women juggling the crazy balancing act of life to improve their nutrition and obtain optimal health using step-by-step guidance and tools for practicing consistency.

My specialties include prediabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, GDM, long-term realistic weight loss (with an emphasis on sustainability!), and coaching my clients around their mental roadblocks, freeing them from out-of-control eating behaviors.

I have a back-to-basics, realistic approach to food, using a non-calorie-counting method to getting back in control of health.
