The Busy Mom’s Nutrition Restart is comprised of 4 one-on-one LIVE video sessions with me (so you can sign up from anywhere in the world!).
Each session is allotted up to 75-minutes.

While I mainly cater to women, I absolutely do not work with moms only. All are welcome to work with me.

My non-calorie-counting method focuses on building healthy, sustainable habits rather than obsessing over numbers. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, make balanced food choices, and develop a positive relationship with food. This approach helps you achieve lasting weight loss and health improvements without the stress of counting calories.

I address emotional eating and mental roadblocks by identifying underlying triggers and have developed strategies to help overcome them. Through our sessions, I provide practical tools, mindful eating techniques, and ongoing support to help you build a healthier relationship with food and break free from negative patterns.

Absolutely. I have experience working with clients who have various medical conditions, including prediabetes, gestational diabetes, history of heart disease, celiac, IBS, IBD, and others. We’ll tailor the nutrition plan to accommodate your specific health needs, ensuring it aligns with your medical requirements and supports your overall health goals.

The program costs $397 and includes WhatsApp support throughout, as well as a complimentary half-hour follow-up session at the program’s end. Considering each session is valued at $107 and the follow-up at $43, you’re essentially getting a program valued at $471 for only $397!

Actually, there is a lot of confusion over the different terms, but essentially, dietician and nutritionist are one and the same. Having a Bachelors in the Science of Nutrition, I’m officially called a “registered dietician” (RD for short).

RDs can provide medical nutrition therapy and manage clinical conditions, whereas health coaches focus on behavior change and holistic wellness without delving into clinical nutrition management.

RDs often work in clinical and medical settings providing evidence-based nutritional care, while health coaches focus on supporting clients in achieving their overall health and wellness goals through lifestyle and behavioral changes.

You do not need to be an RD to be a health coach, and you are not necessarily a health coach if you’re an RD.

Ultimately, the combination of an RD’s science-based nutrition advice and the mentoring support of a health coach makes for the perfect storm to help you achieve your health goals.
