Easy Homemade Hamburgers

Ingredients
  

  • 800 grams ground meat
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl
  • Wearing a glove, combine the ingredients with your hand, for a few minutes, ensuring the mixture becomes cohesive. Do this as if you were kneading dough- this softens the meat and makes sure all the flavorings are well absorbed.
  • Weigh out 8 patties. Each one should weigh around 125 grams.
  • Shape each patty first into a ball, and then flatten them out evenly using the palm of your hand. Create a dent in the center to prevent the patties from puffing up and becoming round once they hit the grill.
  • Grill the patties 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on your liking.
  • OPTIONAL: if you don't have a grill, you can easily make these patties with a frypan on the stove top.
